- Has already implemented own software projects beyond university coursework, e.g. through internships or personal tools
- For you, AI is not just a research tool but a core technology you have used directly in your IDE, for data analysis, or in prototypes
- Solid prior experience in fullstack development (e.g. Java, C#, or Python) and frontend frameworks like React, ideally from internships or personal projects
- Structured, precise, results- and solution-oriented working style with attention to detail and high self-initiative
- Strong interest in online business models, product development, and clean, scalable code
- Fluent communication in German (C1) and English (C1), able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
