Description
Superchat, a Berlin-based customer messaging and AI platform used by 10,000+ businesses, is hiring a Junior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for the UK market. The role involves handling warm inbound enquiries while proactively prospecting new leads, booking and running product demos, and guiding deals through to close. The Account Executive also supports technical implementation to help new customers get off to a strong start. This entry-level sales role is based on-site in the Berlin office and requires native-level English communication skills.
Requirements
- Excited to break into B2B sales, whether just starting out or with some first hands-on experience
- Self-confident in running and closing a sales conversation
- Self-starter who proactively builds their own pipeline rather than waiting for inbound leads
- Coachable: takes direct feedback without getting defensive and applies it
- Resilient: bounces back quickly from a lost deal and keeps activity levels consistently high
- Fast learner able to get up to speed on a technical product and explain it clearly to customers
- Structured: keeps pipeline and CRM notes clean and reliable
- Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
