Description

As a (Junior) Data Analyst / BI Analyst for the Travel division in Leipzig, you will combine data analytics and business intelligence to show how customers use the travel comparison platform, where product potential lies, and which measures are effective. You will develop dashboards, reports, and self-service analyses to support data-driven decisions, analyze the customer journey, and help ensure data quality and tracking. You will work closely with product management, IT, and data science using tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, Qlik, and Python.

Requirements

  • Very good degree in Business Mathematics, Statistics, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration with a quantitative focus, or comparable field
  • First practical experience in data analytics, business intelligence, tracking, reporting, or data-driven product analysis
  • SQL knowledge and experience structuring, querying, and interpreting data from relational databases
  • Interest in preparing data clearly and developing reports or self-service dashboards
  • Interest in tracking, data quality, and measurement methods
  • Structured, precise, and independent way of working
  • Fluent German, at least C1 level
