Description

Rohde & Schwarz is looking for a working student to strengthen its Project Management area in Munich at the earliest possible date. You support the central Service Operations team with workshop planning, presentation creation and the coordination of international alignments, including scheduling, preparation, facilitation support and follow-up. You help build presentations, documents, planning tools and evaluations in Excel and BI systems, and you carry out research and coordination tasks for the team. You also prepare KPI dashboards and work with international service points, for example in the context of the Global Service Footprint and the alignment of analysis data.

Requirements

  • Ongoing studies in business informatics, industrial engineering, economics/business administration, a technical field or a comparable programme
  • Must be properly enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the employment
  • Very good command of MS Office and experience in data analysis (Excel, VBA, etc.)
  • Reliable and structured way of working combined with organisational talent
  • Analytical thinking and a careful, efficient way of working
  • Very good German and English skills
