Description

REWE digital is the tech home of the REWE Group, where IT and non-IT specialists build innovations for retail and for the everyday life of millions of people. As a working student in the Research & Innovation team, which does pioneering work on projects such as Pick&Go and the delivery bot, you support the further development of the innovation process and coordinate the innovation management software Innospire from the user side. You help implement the trend scouting process, maintain software content, initiate idea campaigns and run desk research, analysis and reporting. You also organise ideation and trend workshops and events and support ongoing projects, gaining insight into many REWE business areas.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organisational skills with a hands-on mentality and customer focus
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and technology
  • Analytical thinking, able to interpret data and initiate process improvements
  • Confident in preparing information in sheets and slides for different audiences (Google Suite or MS Office)
  • Very good German and English skills
