- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Psychology or a comparable field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Analytical mindset, high level of initiative and strong communication skills
- Enjoy working on a wide variety of tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced HR environment and take a proactive approach
- Structured way of working and a talent for clear communication
- Fluent written and spoken German and English (minimum C1 CEFR)
