Description

T-Systems International GmbH is offering a six-month internship starting 01.11.2026 in its HR Germany & Global Tech (HR GT) team, which runs cross-functional HR projects internationally with business units, central and decentralised HR departments and social partners. You support the HR team in both daily operations and strategic projects and gain insight into different HR functions. You independently prepare information and decision-making materials for HR management, take on project management tasks, and help design, organise and facilitate workshops. You also work on future HR topics such as EU Pay Transparency, digitalisation and the future of work, and support the preparation and follow-up of national and international meetings.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Psychology or a comparable field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Analytical mindset, high level of initiative and strong communication skills
  • Enjoy working on a wide variety of tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced HR environment and take a proactive approach
  • Structured way of working and a talent for clear communication
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English (minimum C1 CEFR)
  • Available for 6 months starting 01.11.2026
