Senior Engineering Manager leading GetYourGuide's AI Platform team, which builds the centralized AI infrastructure, developer tooling, evaluation systems, and safety guardrails that let product teams ship production-grade LLM features. The role owns the team's vision, strategy, roadmap, hiring, and performance management, and balances rapid innovation with production standards for quality, security, and reliability. It requires a strong background in platform engineering, infrastructure, or developer tooling, plus the ability to evangelize best practices for LLM development across the engineering organization. This is a Berlin-based, hybrid leadership role.

Requirements

  • Strong engineering background in platform engineering, infrastructure, or developer tooling
