Description

Vodafone offers a three-year apprenticeship as a retail salesperson starting on 1 September 2027, working in its stores in Dortmund and Bochum, with vocational school in Dortmund. Apprentices work in the shop as part of the sales team in day-to-day business, identify customers' needs, win them over for Vodafone products and develop new sales strategies together with colleagues. Two days a week are spent at vocational school, and after successfully completing the apprenticeship a position as Sales Agent is guaranteed. Candidates need at least a good lower or intermediate secondary school certificate, enjoy communicating with people, are enthusiastic about the telecommunications industry and speak German at C1 level or above.
