Description

Vodafone is hiring an Expert Real Estate Acquisition to support the expansion of Germany's digital infrastructure by acquiring and securing new mobile network sites. The role manages site projects across the entire acquisition process, from site identification and contract negotiation to handover to downstream realization teams, and coordinates stakeholders such as landowners, landlords, authorities and service providers. It negotiates rental, usage and easement contracts for telecommunications sites, supports permitting processes, and manages project deadlines, milestones and service providers to ensure timely provision of new sites. It also handles the economic evaluation of site projects and analyzes KPIs to improve efficiency, quality and rollout speed. The position can be filled full-time or in near-full-time part-time (at least 30 hours).

Requirements

  • Completed university degree or comparable qualification
  • Many years of professional experience (more than five years)
  • At least four years of professional experience in the area of responsibility
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking and working, and the application of project management techniques
  • Technical leadership competence to shape topics and represent positions, e.g. in workshops and working groups
  • Very good written and spoken English (C1 CEFR)
