Description

Vodafone is hiring a Senior Expert Mobile Communications and Environment in Hannover to represent the company to the public, authorities, associations, political bodies and competitors on electromagnetic compatibility and environmental protection. The role coordinates and balances internal and external interests on mobile communications and the environment, leads workshops and information events, and monitors the relevant international state of research. It also creates public-facing corporate presentations for political bodies and citizen assemblies and negotiates in regulatory procedures to ensure the timely expansion of mobile network infrastructure. The position can be filled full-time or in near-full-time part-time (at least 30 hours).

Requirements

  • Completed university degree or comparable qualification
  • Many years of professional experience (more than five years)
  • Above-average knowledge of telecommunications technology and the construction and modification of telecom systems and infrastructure
  • Strategic and analytical way of thinking and working
  • Very good written and spoken English (C1 CEFR)
  • Very good written and spoken German (C1 CEFR)
