Description

Vodafone is offering a 3-year apprenticeship as an IT Systems Management Business Administrator starting September 2027, based in Berlin with vocational school also in Berlin. Trainees learn to present IT products and services from both a technical and commercial perspective, help advise customers on their IT system landscape, prepare cost-benefit analyses, and plan, develop, and coordinate IT solutions. The program also covers IT security and data protection, and ticket and email handling, and guarantees a permanent job offer after successful completion.

  • English proficiency at level B2
