Description

Vodafone is hiring a SOHO Specialist for its Vodafone Shop in Berlin (Alexanderplatz). You will build and maintain your own SOHO customer base, run cold acquisition of new customers around the shop and in the field, and develop networks with local businesses, associations and B2B partners. You will conduct structured needs analyses, create individual offers, close contracts across all product categories, and run cross- and upselling using digital tools such as CRM systems and dashboards. The role requires commercial training and at least two years of B2B sales experience in IT or telecom solutions, with fluent German and English (C1).

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training and/or business degree
  • At least two years of professional experience in B2B sales of IT or telecom solutions
  • Very good knowledge of telecommunications solutions
  • Very good understanding of sales methods and techniques, plus experience in phone acquisition
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Professional demeanor with strong verbal expression and persuasion skills
  • Fluent German and English (C1 per CEFR)
