Requirements
- Hands-on builder mentality; you do not wait for perfect resources or specialist support
- Use of AI-native tools and vibe coding to build prototypes, automate workflows and analyse data, even if you are not a software engineer by training
- Recent graduate from a leading university or business school (e.g. WHU, HHL, HSG, HEC, ESADE), or up to two or three years at a leading strategy consultancy such as McKinsey, BCG or Bain
- Ability to break ambiguous questions into hypotheses, analyses, experiments and clear decisions
- Strategic depth combined with a strong bias for action
- Understanding of what creates customer value and how it connects to pricing, unit economics, distribution and scalable operations
- Clear, concise communication verbally and in writing
- Fluent in German and English
