Team Lead Workshop / Car Workshop (f/m/x)

AUTO1 Group is hiring a Team Lead Workshop to run the car workshop team in Ketzin near Berlin, ensuring the smooth refurbishment of premium used cars for Autohero's production department. You would lead a workshop team of roughly 50 employees, providing technical guidance on repairs, servicing, maintenance and damage diagnostics, and planning and managing vehicles through the entire process. The role includes recruiting and developing the team, driving improvements in workshop organisation, running internal quality checks and ensuring health and safety. It is an on-site leadership position requiring a completed mechatronics qualification with a master (KFZ-Meister) and several years of management experience.
