- A strong, current read on the market and category, turned into decisions through real partnership with product and marketing
- German native or fully fluent, comfortable working in English
- Built for a small team, self-directed, doing a large share of the work yourself
- Direct and candid, with strong opinions loosely held
- Sharp creative judgment and comfortable using AI across your workflow with craft and taste leading
- A balance of rigor (data, measurement) with instinct, customer empathy and creative taste
