Head of Internal Controls

GetYourGuide is building its Internal Controls function and seeks a Head of Internal Controls, based in Berlin within the Finance organisation. You will design, implement, and run the company's internal control over financial reporting (ICOFR) program and IT general controls from the ground up, leading risk assessment methodologies and control activities. The role owns the external auditor relationship and builds and leads the Internal Controls team as a second line of defense. It requires 8+ years in internal controls, internal audit, or Big Four external audit, plus a professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIA.
