Description

This role is based full-time in Rheinberg, Germany, and a relocation package can be offered if required. Amazon is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support the team in one of its logistics centers in Germany. The HR Manager will report to the Regional Human Resources Manager for Germany and will develop a tailored personnel plan to support the logistics center. Responsibilities include driving the broader personnel development strategy in Germany, gaining insights into various aspects of the global network, and working on international HR projects. The role involves managing change within evolving operational processes and creating a culture of cohesion, integration, and support among employees in the fulfillment center.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Experience supporting hourly employee client groups (warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, or call center environments)
  • Can travel and relocate as appropriate
