- 4+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- Experience with React Native libraries such as Redux, React Navigation and Axios
- Proven track record of building cross-platform mobile apps, integrating React Native with native modules when necessary
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps and strong experience with monitoring and observability
- Comfortable leading technical discussions and driving decisions independently
- Excellent communication skills in English
