Requirements
- Degree in business administration, (business) informatics, industrial engineering, or comparable experience
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM end-to-end customer projects with a focus on PA, OM, and position management
- Solid knowledge of HR processes, master data, organizational structures, and object relationships
- Hands-on experience with independent customizing of SAP HCM modules and cross-module position management
- Experience in the public sector and/or private industry
- Knowledge of dependencies with time management (PT), payroll (PY), finance and controlling (FI/CO), public sector accounting (HKR), personnel cost planning (PKP), ABAP, and SAP HR cloud applications
- Strong analytical skills, excellent consulting capabilities, and a structured working approach
- Experience with project management standards and agile methodologies
- Very good German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2)
