Description

Hornetsecurity is seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) for first and second level support at its locations in Berlin (Ku'damm) or Hanover (List). As the first point of contact for customers and sales partners, you will join an international team with diverse tasks and exciting projects. You will monitor cloud services, analyze and resolve issues, configure services, and provide technical support via ticket system, chat, and phone. The role also involves creating and maintaining internal and external knowledge bases, FAQs, and documentation. You will work in a reliable shift system without night shifts.
