(Junior) Account Manager Sales - Finance Products (m/f/d)

Scout24, operator of Germany's leading real-estate marketplace ImmoScout24, is hiring a (Junior) Account Manager Sales for its Finance Products area, based in Berlin. The role focuses on winning new B2B customers among financing advisors in the construction-financing sector, consulting them by phone, applying cross- and upselling techniques, and managing sales activity against KPIs. Candidates should have initial experience or training in B2B sales, account management, finance, or real estate, strong German and good English skills, and CRM familiarity (ideally Salesforce) is a plus. The role is hybrid with three office days per week and includes a competitive salary plus bonus/commission.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or initial relevant experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related field (e.g. finance or real estate)
- Initial experience in sales, or strong motivation to develop in sales, especially in the finance environment
- Interest in customer relationships and enjoyment developing individual solutions using a solution-selling approach
- Structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working with a clear focus on results
- Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
