Description

JustWatch is hiring a Product Manager for its MarTech team to build data-driven digital marketing tools for the global entertainment industry. The role involves ensuring weekly progress toward quarterly goals, testing new releases, monitoring product metrics, and stepping in to coordinate resolutions when issues arise. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with unstructured problems, and can create clarity independently. This position offers a direct impact on global marketing campaigns and a culture of autonomy and trust.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working with unclear problems and incomplete information, able to create structure on your own
  • Keep work moving: follow up, unblock, prioritize, and ensure things ship
  • Ask the right questions to unlock core pain points and strategize solutions
  • Organize work using simple tools (Docs, Sheets), not PM frameworks or Jira workflows
  • Write development-ready project documents with no AI fluff
  • Understand MarTech fundamentals (campaign workflows, tracking, automation, integrations) and why they are complex
  • Data-strong: explore datasets, use BI tools (e.g., Lightdash), and conclude
  • Comfortable working close to technical systems: reading logs, debugging issues, understanding APIs, and supporting automation
  • Have shipped before - a dashboard, tool, workflow, script, automation, or project
