Description

Moonfare is a private markets investment platform headquartered in Berlin, operating across Europe, the US, and Asia. This newly created role joins the AI & Transformation team within the GTM Engineering function, responsible for building and scaling commercial systems and processes. The team owns the CRM, commercial processes, and performance monitoring, sitting at the intersection of Investor Relations, Account Management, Marketing, and Product. The role focuses on automating manual processes into agentic workflows across lead generation, scoring, routing, and outreach, directly impacting revenue and efficiency. This is a high-impact role shaping how AI is applied in production across commercial teams in a regulated environment.

Requirements

  • Extensive track record working with HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture and data models
  • Experience with complex workflows and automation
  • Hands-on use of LLMs (e.g., Claude) in production workflows via tools like n8n, APIs, or similar automation frameworks
  • Passion to coach others on AI and multiply knowledge
  • Experience applying AI to lead scoring, prioritization, personalization, data classification, enrichment
  • Familiarity with APIs and integrations
  • Ability to integrate AI into systems
