Description

Flink is a leading European quick-commerce provider since 2021, delivering groceries via app in minutes across over 80 German cities. As Assistant Warehouse Management / Shift Supervisor, you will support daily hub operations, coordinate order processing, manage inventory and quality controls, and assist in training new staff. You will work closely with the Hub Manager as their right hand and deputy, ensuring smooth shift operations and process improvements. The role combines hands-on operational work with organizational support in a fast-paced, startup environment.
