Description

Flink is a leading quick-commerce grocery delivery service in Germany and the Netherlands, delivering fresh, high-quality groceries to customers within minutes. As Market Manager, you will coordinate hub operations during your shift, serve as the first point of contact for team members, and support the onboarding of new colleagues. You ensure efficient processes, actively participate in daily operations, delegate tasks, and oversee inventory management including checking, booking, and picking. Additionally, you assist with personnel scheduling and monitor compliance with quality and hygiene regulations (HACCP).

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in grocery retail, retail, gastronomy, delivery service, or hospitality as (assistant) store manager, market manager, branch manager, or restaurant manager
  • Commercial understanding and entrepreneurial spirit with resilience, commitment, flexibility, pragmatism, and implementation orientation
  • Strong assertiveness, excellent communication skills, and confident demeanor
  • Good German or English skills
