Description

Flink is a leading quick-commerce grocery delivery service in Germany and the Netherlands, delivering fresh groceries within minutes. As Store Manager in Erfurt, you will coordinate hub operations during your shift, support onboarding of new colleagues, ensure efficient processes, and delegate tasks. You will be responsible for goods management including control, booking, inventory, and picking, as well as maintaining personnel scheduling and ensuring quality and hygiene standards (HACCP). This role offers a steep learning curve in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flat hierarchies and real career growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in food retail, retail, gastronomy, delivery service, or hospitality as (assistant) store manager, market manager, branch manager, or restaurant manager
  • Commercial understanding and entrepreneurial spirit with resilience, commitment, flexibility, pragmatism, and implementation orientation
  • Strong assertiveness, excellent communication skills, and confident demeanor
  • Good German or English skills
