Description

Flink is the leading food delivery service in quick commerce in Germany and the Netherlands, delivering fresh, high-quality groceries to customers' homes within minutes. As Hub Manager, you will coordinate hub employee workflows during your shift, serve as the first point of contact, and support onboarding of new colleagues. You ensure efficient process execution, provide feedback for optimization, actively participate in daily operations, and delegate tasks. Responsibilities include goods management (control, booking, inventory, picking), assisting with personnel scheduling, and monitoring compliance with quality and hygiene regulations (HACCP).

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in food retail, retail, gastronomy, delivery service, or hospitality as (assistant/assistant) store manager, market manager, branch manager, or restaurant manager
  • Commercial understanding and entrepreneurial spirit with resilience, commitment, flexibility, pragmatism, and implementation orientation
  • Strong assertiveness, excellent communication skills, and confident demeanor
  • Good German or English skills
