Description
Flink is a leading quick-commerce grocery delivery service in Germany and the Netherlands, delivering fresh, high-quality groceries to customers' homes within minutes. As Hub Manager, you will coordinate hub operations during your shift, onboard new colleagues, ensure efficient processes, and oversee quality and hygiene standards. You will actively participate in daily operations, delegate tasks, and manage inventory including checking, booking, and picking. This role offers a steep learning curve in a fast-paced, dynamic team with flat hierarchies and real career growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in grocery retail, retail, gastronomy, delivery service, or hospitality as a (deputy/assistant) store manager, market manager, branch manager, or restaurant manager
- Commercial understanding and entrepreneurial spirit with resilience, commitment, flexibility, pragmatism, and implementation orientation
- Strong assertiveness, excellent communication skills, and confident demeanor
- Good German or English skills
