In addition to our Munich location, our car rental price comparison has been based in Augsburg since 2016, directly in the HELIO at Augsburg main station. We are looking for you as a Team Leader (m/f/d) for Customer Management at C24 Mietwagenservice GmbH in Augsburg to strengthen our team.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable degree
- First leadership experience of a multi-person team
- Sovereign appearance and strong communication skills
- Ability to motivate and successfully lead employees
- Strong customer orientation and service mindset
- Good knowledge of relevant travel destinations and understanding of car rental customer needs
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- High internet affinity and confident handling of MS Office
- Curiosity for AI-based tools and interest in digital trends
- Negotiation-safe German and good English skills in spoken and written
