Description

As a Cluster Manager at Amazon, you will lead a large, diverse team and ensure your business area consistently meets demand. In this hands-on role, you will become familiar with the complex operational processes of a global company and learn what is required to keep everything running smoothly. Together with your colleagues, you will work to increase productivity and address challenges. No two days are the same. You will foster a culture of safety and well-being, analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain high quality and productivity, support and lead a team, and collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes. The role is based in the Hannover region.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree before start date or within the last 24 months
  • Advanced English and German language skills in written and spoken form
  • Relevant experience in conducting data analysis
