Description

As an Expansion Manager in the Boutique Accounts team, you will be the first point of contact for our B2B customers with fleets of two to nine vehicles. After the sales team closes the contract, you take responsibility for managing and developing these accounts. You identify growth opportunities and strategically expand fleets, strengthening customer relationships and increasing satisfaction. Together with your team, you ensure long-term success for our customers and directly contribute to FINN's growth. This role offers a tangible impact on the company's expansion in the mobility sector.

Requirements

  • First experience in B2B sales or account management – you know how to move deals
  • Completed degree or vocational training
  • You enjoy identifying and actively addressing potential – you think like a hunter
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills – on the phone, via video, or in person
  • Structured, independent way of working – you set priorities and never lose sight of the close
  • Fluent German and confident English
