FINN, Germany's leading car subscription platform, is hiring a Business Development Manager for its Customer Growth team. Working alongside the VP Customer Growth, the role develops FINN's new product offering and drives growth with existing customers across its B2C, B2B and B2B2C businesses. The initial focus is JobAuto, FINN's youngest and fastest-growing B2B2C business, which helps companies move their employees to electric mobility through salary sacrifice benefits. The role combines project management, conceptual and analytical work to advance the JobAuto product, processes and go-to-market strategy, and also leads OKR and business planning processes. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Munich.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in business administration, technology management, economics or a related field
  • Proven track record in a high-performance environment such as a fast-scaling startup, scale-up or top-tier strategy consulting firm
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to evaluate metrics, derive actionable business insights and drive performance optimization
  • Excellent/fluent German (C1/C2) and fluent professional English
