adjoe is an adtech company where the User Experience team builds the foundation for 50 billion daily predictions. The team manages a native SDK in Kotlin and Swift running in hundreds of publisher apps, participating in 120 million daily auctions. On the analytics side, they create dashboards and data frameworks that turn raw data into actionable decisions, covering real-time revenue, infrastructure costs, and data quality. As the Data Analytics Lead, you will define the analytics strategy, lead a team of analysts, and ensure data-driven insights are accessible across the company. This role requires deep AdTech or mobile gaming expertise, advanced SQL and Python skills, and experience with high-scale data environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
  • Strong background in AdTech or mobile gaming
  • Proven experience with BI platforms such as QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, or similar
  • Advanced SQL proficiency
  • Python expertise
  • Experience with data tools like dbt and Airflow
  • Experience managing environments processing hundreds of millions of daily events
