As a career changer in customer service and credit sales, you will help customers get their loans faster. The role involves active customer support from loan inquiry to completion, identifying closing opportunities, and working closely with the team to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
- Enjoy communicating and convincing with an open manner, both on the phone and in writing
- Ideally completed vocational training (e.g., in dialog marketing, office management, retail, or similar)
- Initial experience in telephony and sales or distribution
- High willingness to learn and self-motivation with a strong drive for performance and success
- Pronounced team spirit and enjoyment of celebrating successes with the team
- Structured and independent working style with the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
