Description

Scout24, the leading online marketplace for real estate in Germany and Austria, is seeking a Working Student for Strategic Sales Support. In this role, you will support sales activities by assisting with campaigns and strategic initiatives, qualifying potential customers via phone, and preparing sales opportunities for the sales teams. You will also analyze and maintain market and customer data, create campaign materials and presentations, and help organize internal and external sales events. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) for at least one year, ideal for students with a business background who are interested in sales processes and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a recognized higher education institution for at least one more year
  • Ongoing studies, ideally with a business or comparable focus
  • Enjoyment of communicating with customers and an open, service-oriented personality
  • Structured and independent working style with a good sense of priorities and organization
  • Interest in sales processes and supporting data-based decisions
  • High digital affinity and enthusiasm for quickly learning new systems and working methods
  • Analytical thinking and careful handling of data and information
  • Team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality and proactive working style
  • Experience in effectively using AI tools to increase productivity and problem-solving
