Description

IT Support Specialist on NavVis's IT Service Delivery team, the first point of contact for employees seeking technical help. You handle day-to-day on-site IT operations, service desk support, troubleshooting, and incident response, and you keep IT documentation accurate. The role requires being onsite at least four times a week and covers hardware, software, and network issues plus asset management. NavVis builds reality-capture and digital-factory technology and is headquartered in Munich.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of work experience in IT support or a related technical role
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA Service Desk for ticket management and request handling
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory basic management and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Familiarity with Linux command-line operations and experience with Azure AD
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and network issues
  • Business fluent in English
