Graduate HR Partner
Description
Amazon is hiring a recent graduate as an HR Partner to be the front-line HR representative for Team Leads and Area Managers at an Amazon Fulfillment Center. The role helps drive a positive Associate experience through engagement activities and managing complex Associate queries, addresses low-risk employee cases including conflict resolution, and supports investigations into employee relations issues. The HR Partner also partners with operations and HR teams, including HR Shared Services, Payroll and High Volume Hiring, to execute standard company-wide programs, part of Amazon's People Experience and Technology Solutions (PXT) team.
Requirements
- Hold a valid university degree at point of start date
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language (German), at Common European Framework of Reference C1 level
