Description

HelloFresh Group serves over 6 million customers across 16 markets with a portfolio of 8 consumer brands. The Consumer UX team designs end-to-end experiences for all brands, emphasizing high quality through a 'zest-appeal' framework. This role focuses on raising the craft bar, leading a multidisciplinary team, and building AI-native design capabilities. The Director will own a consumer experience domain, drive design excellence, and partner closely with product and engineering. Success is measured by delivering high-quality work at speed, growing talent, and shaping how HelloFresh builds consumer products in the AI era.

Requirements

  • Track record of leading and growing high-performing design teams in product-first, consumer (B2C) companies
  • High agency: thrives in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • Bias to ship: demonstrated success driving teams to ship great software at scale
  • Exceptional craft and product taste with strong visual and interaction sensibility
  • Design-technologist mindset: fluency at the design–engineering boundary
  • AI-native practice: uses AI across the design workflow
