Requirements
- Experience in analyzing and automating business processes
- Practical experience with AI tools, APIs, enterprise platforms, and scripting
- Very good knowledge of Python or a comparable scripting language
- Experience with platforms such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Zendesk, or Salesforce
- Ability to convey technical concepts understandably to non-technical audiences
- Experience in conducting training, workshops, or enablement programs
- Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a strong business focus
- Understanding of data protection, security, compliance, and AI governance principles
- Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
