Description

This role is responsible for planning and delivering Community Feedback initiatives, including new customer-facing features, while driving operational excellence and software development efficiency through scalable mechanisms. The successful candidate will work directly with Software Developers, Applied Scientists, and Principal Technologists to understand their needs and drive technical decisions and solutions that enable Engineering and Science teams to operate more efficiently and securely. The role involves engaging with systems using state-of-the-art technology, building scalable mechanisms, driving process improvements, and developing innovative solutions to complex business and technical challenges. The ideal candidate can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and has a consistent track record of delivery, while being proactive in removing roadblocks and handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a positive influence across diverse teams, effectively rallying support for initiatives, and handling business escalations with a data-driven approach to build trust with engineers and senior leaders.
