Description

As a Senior Fleet Coordinator in the Active Fleet area, you will be a central driver of our customer experience, ensuring that our customers are always safe and mobile on the roads. With your strong service and process mindset, you will manage operational processes in vehicle and repair management and elevate our service quality to the next level. Through your proactive approach, you will optimize and automate interfaces to seamlessly support the growth of our fleet. You will coordinate service, repair, and breakdown cases, maximize fleet availability, drive process optimization, and establish customer-oriented solutions. Additionally, you will support your team with onboarding and coaching to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical training in the automotive environment (e.g., master mechanic, service technician, automotive salesman) or equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of proven experience in service consulting, service assistance, or workshop environment with strong customer focus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain overview and act solution-oriented even with high case volume.
  • Fluent German skills at C1/C2 level for confident communication with customers and partners, and good English skills (at least B1) for internal collaboration.
