Shift Leader Maintenance (all genders)
Description
As Shift Leader Maintenance, you will oversee maintenance work and ensure optimal support during your shift. You will effectively engage your team members, motivate and coach them. In collaboration with the maintenance leadership team, you will support the development of the warehouse maintenance roadmap and set the standard for operational efficiency at our location in Barleben near Magdeburg.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance of automated conveyor systems, preferably from the food/beverage/e-commerce/manufacturing/distribution industry
- Successfully completed vocational training (mechanics, electrical or automation technology) or equivalent qualification and several years of professional experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in leading teams
- Independent, structured and conscientious work style
- Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment and comfort with rapid change
- Willingness to work shifts
