Shift Lead Automation Technology (all genders)
Description
As Shift Lead Automation Technology, you will oversee maintenance work and ensure optimal support during your shift. You will effectively engage, motivate, and coach your team members. In collaboration with the maintenance leadership team, you will support the development of the warehouse maintenance roadmap and set the standard for operational efficiency at our Barleben site near Magdeburg. This role involves monitoring maintenance processes, managing service providers, and ensuring compliance with maintenance regulations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance of automated conveyor systems, preferably in food/beverage/e-commerce/consumer goods/distribution industries
- Completed vocational training (mechanics, electrical, or automation technology) or equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in leading teams
- Independent, structured, and conscientious work style
- Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment and comfort with rapid change
- Willingness to work shifts
