As an Area Manager at our facility in Barleben near Magdeburg, you ensure your production area runs smoothly and meets productivity, quality, and safety targets. You coach and lead your team with a collaborative leadership style, monitor and optimize schedules, processes, and workflows, and drive improvements. You are responsible for the operational performance of your assigned area, optimize resource utilization, and work closely with team leads and interdisciplinary teams.
