Partner Solutions Architect (Pan-EMEA GSI)
Description
Datadog is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to support its Channels & Alliances business segment across the EMEA region. This role involves working closely with partners on technical initiatives such as cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation. The PSA acts as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring successful onboarding, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources. The position requires collaboration with both Datadog and partner teams to drive successful outcomes and advocate for partner technical concerns internally. Datadog operates as a hybrid workplace, valuing office culture and collaboration.
Requirements
- Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations
- Demonstrable track record and passion for learning; typically 10-15 years in a customer or partner facing technical role
- Self-starter with solid business acumen; ability to articulate value from server room to boardroom
- Confident presentation skills
- Hands-on experience in two or more of: Observability (Datadog, Splunk, AppD, New Relic, Dynatrace), Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba), Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry), Dev/Scripting (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go), Config Mgmt (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab)
