(Senior) People Partner
Description
Trade Republic is hiring a (Senior) People Partner in Berlin to act as a CHRO for assigned departments, enabling strong leadership teams across engagement, performance, feedback, and organizational development. The role leads a decentralized talent strategy, rolls out company-wide changes with a data-driven approach, and drives culture, engagement, and performance across the organisation. It works largely as an individual contributor, developing recommendations for strategic projects and working autonomously. The position requires 5+ years as a strategic HR business partner, people program manager, or consultant with a change-management background. Relocation support is available if required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a strategic HR business partner, people project/program manager, or consultant with a background in change management, employee performance and development, or company-wide transformation
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills, with a proven track record delivering complex cross-functional projects
- Extensive experience in a start-up setting, with high business acumen and the ability to align initiatives with company strategy and goals
- Motivation to work as an individual contributor, developing recommendations for strategic projects and working autonomously
- Proven track record of identifying problems, generating solutions, and translating them into actionable steps
- Data-driven, able to analyze data, translate it into actionable steps, and use it to tell a story
