Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

Scout24 (Immobilien Scout GmbH) is hiring a Customer Success Manager for its Sales team in Berlin to independently manage a portfolio of broker clients focused on owner leads. The role builds long-term client relationships, proactively coaches customers to unlock the full potential of Scout24's solutions, and identifies upsell and growth opportunities within accounts. The Customer Success Manager tracks client success via KPIs, drives data-based optimization, and manages escalations to sustainable resolutions. The role also includes selective new-customer acquisition among brokers to grow the portfolio. Candidates need B2B sales or customer/partner success experience, strong communication skills, and confident use of CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Requirements
- B2B sales, customer/partner success, or account management experience, ideally selling complex products and solutions
- Confident, professional presence and the ability to communicate assertively with customers at different decision-making levels
- Assertiveness and self-motivation, working independently and taking ownership of accounts, including in challenging situations
- Analytical, data-driven way of working and a structured approach to challenges
- CRM experience (ideally Salesforce) and strong team spirit, sharing best practices with colleagues
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Experience effectively using AI tools to increase productivity and problem-solving
