Description

As Team Lead Fleet Operations at FINN, you will take on the disciplinary leadership of our team for damage assessment, damage processing, and defleeting coordination. You will manage external partners and internal interfaces to ensure highly efficient and economical damage processing, guiding our vehicles smoothly through all processes. Through your strengths in process optimization and team development, you will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and FINN's scaling trajectory. This role is based in Munich and offers the opportunity to work in one of Germany's fastest-growing scale-ups in the mobility sector.

Requirements

  • Solid professional experience in an operational environment (Operations, Logistics, or Automotive) including demonstrable first leadership experience.
  • Successfully completed degree or comparable education (e.g., Business Administration with focus on Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Automotive Industry).
  • Strong process understanding with the ability to question, structure, and continuously optimize complex operational workflows.
  • Excellent German skills (C2 level) and very good English skills (B2 level) for professional communication with our partners.
