Team Lead (m/f/d) Back Office Loans
Description
Team lead for the loan back office at CHECK24, Germany's largest comparison portal and market leader in consumer loan comparison. You lead your team functionally and disciplinarily, develop your staff through feedback and coaching, and steer the operational day-to-day of loan processing. You review submitted customer documents for completeness and plausibility, detect and prevent fraud, and keep your team's KPIs and service levels on track. You analyse metrics, derive optimisation potential and continuously improve and automate the loan-checking processes together with management and product management.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in banking, finance or insurance (e.g. Bankkaufmann, insurance and finance specialist or comparable)
- Several years of professional experience in the finance or credit environment with a good understanding of processing and checking consumer loans
- Initial functional and disciplinary leadership experience and enjoyment of developing staff
- Strong process understanding and enjoyment of continuously analysing and optimising workflows
- Confident handling of metrics, reports and Excel with an analytical, structured way of working
- Strong communication, assertiveness and an appreciative leadership style
- High initiative, sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality
