Strategy & Operations Manager - Partnerships

n8n, the open workflow orchestration platform for AI, is hiring its first dedicated Strategy & Operations Manager for Partnerships. You will build the systems, data and processes that let a fast-growing partner ecosystem scale, covering GSIs, affiliates, agencies, resellers, tech partners, education partners and hyperscalers. The work spans channel program operations in Salesforce, partner-attributed pipeline tracking and reporting, partner tier qualification, and administration of the partner portal and channel tooling. You will also partner with Channel Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Legal and Finance to operationalise go-to-market motions such as co-marketing campaigns and partner enablement launches. The role is remote-first with a Berlin base and hiring across a range of European countries.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Operations or Channel/Partner Operations at a technology company, ideally supporting partner or indirect revenue programs in high-growth SaaS
- Understanding of channel mechanics such as deal registration, partner tiering, co-sell motions, referral fee structures and margin or discount governance
- Proficiency in Salesforce objects, relationships and reporting including channel-specific objects
- Experience with partner tooling such as PartnerStack, Crossbeam or partner portals
- High proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and comfort with BI tools
- Meticulous organisation and high standard of accuracy
- Experience leading org-wide change, especially when operationalising new program structures
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to build scalable operational solutions
- Existing right to work in the hiring country, unless applying for Germany where visas can be sponsored
